This is my fourth time using Rocky Cross Restoration Red Deer and I can’t recommend them enough. They have shown up fast and well prepared with lots of well maintained equipment and enough manpower each time I’ve called. They are compassionate, friendly, skilled and efficient people. All of my emergencies happened after hours and on long weekends. The crews worked long hard shifts to deal with the immediate issues and were still smiling at the end. Through both stages, emergency restoration and the rebuild, the communication was top notch. I received daily phone calls and they worked around my schedule. I was always informed of who was coming and when. Barry checked on the job site almost daily and answered every question we had. I never felt left in the dark. All the tradespeople were skilled and took pride in their work. They exceeded my expectations! They were very thorough and went above and beyond all the time. They took very good care and protected the parts of the house that weren’t damaged. The job site was left spotless at the end of the day. They were literally mopping the floor on the way out the door upon completion. I highly recommend this amazing company. I’m still walking around my house smiling. It looks better than new! Four jobs later, I feel like I have met almost everyone. They are all kind and lovely people and I am grateful they helped get our home back together. They all deserve credit but two individuals really went the extra mile - Barry Polsfut and Tracey Scheveers. Top notch customer service! Our experience with DKI Rocky Cross Construction Red Deer was excellent, highly recommend to anyone. Everyone we connected with was very friendly and thorough. The experience through our situation made it a lot less stressful as we felt we were in good hands. All equipment brought into the home was clean and organized. Our experience with Rocky Cross Construction was incredible. We were panicking when there was water dripping from our ceiling. From the moment we contacted them, Rocky Cross helped us with every step. They gave us some suggestions on what to do that evening to limit any damage. They arrived first thing in the morning to asses and walk us through our options. They coordinated a plumber to come fix the issue and brought in plenty of equipment to start the drying process. The amazing employees at Rocky Cross communicated each day on when they were hoping to check in and how the drying process was going. They worked with our hectic schedule to make sure we could be present at a time that was convenient for us! As much as I hope our ceiling never leaks again, if we have any sort of issue again, Rocky Cross will be our first call. I suggest they are your first call as well.

The west side of our home and out buildings were damaged by a hail storm ion July of 2021. Although there were some initial delays, the service and workmanship were excellent. All the sub trades were on time, courteous and professional.
