Red Deer County wraps around the city of Red Deer, from hamlets like Springbrook, Gasoline Alley, Markerville, Spruce View, Benalto and Dickson to the farms, acreages and lake communities in between. Our shop is in Red Deer, so most of the county is a short drive away, and our crews respond 24/7.
Restoration for Acreages, Farms & Hamlets in Red Deer County
Rural properties have their own risks: long cold snaps in homes that sit empty, wells and septic systems, outbuildings and shops, and longer drives for help. Whether it’s a burst pipe in a farmhouse, a sewer backup in a Springbrook basement or hail damage to a business in Gasoline Alley, we bring the equipment to handle it and document everything for your insurer.
Gasoline Alley is about 7 km south of downtown Red Deer and Springbrook about 13 km, while Markerville and Pine Lake are roughly 38 km away. See all our restoration services.

Storm and flood risks in Red Deer County
The county sits in the heart of Central Alberta’s hail belt. On August 23, 2026, hail about 3.75 to 4 cm across hit Springbrook and Gasoline Alley, shredding siding and shattering windows; the Insurance Bureau of Canada estimated nearly $40 million in insured losses. Canada’s record hailstone, 123 mm across, was found northwest of Markerville on August 1, 2022. And on July 14, 2000, an F3 tornado struck the Green Acres campground at Pine Lake, killing 12 people and injuring more than 100.
Water is the other big risk. The Red Deer River has been regulated by the Dickson Dam since 1983, but the provincial Red Deer County and Markerville Flood Study records ice jam flooding on the Little Red Deer River in 1996, 2005, 2006, 2009, 2018 and 2020, and on the Medicine River near Markerville in 2003 and 2009. In April 2018, snowmelt caused overland flooding across the county, and an ice jam put the Silver Lagoon subdivision under a voluntary evacuation notice.
